while being a memorial to Cesar Chavez it is very small place...one bench and 3 pigeons. It is probably a privately owned site. the mural is painted on the side of a small building...a silkscreen shop. I doubt if very many Tuscon residents even know or care that it exists. I couldn't believe my eyes when i first saw it. Am very glad that the painter signed his great work.
Thats interesting. What's the story behind those murals? Is it some special kind of building?
