During this time he embarked on what you call a "Vision Quest", where you commit to deep meditation while fasting. You can do this on the property on your own accord.

Apparently he passed on the 2nd day of his vision quest, having died of dehydration. They did not find him until it was too late.

That is what we found out through his friends and family. We had a ceremony for him at Bethesda Fountain a week later. It has been very heartbreaking, and I know he is smiling and happy as his soul was always trying to burst out of his body with all the love he wanted to give us all at once... now it is more free than ever."
